"It may be disappointing for you"

What do you like about Play.ht?
The concept sounds good and can save you a lot of trouble
What did you dislike about Play.ht?
First of all, I have to say that the sound is not realistic at all. It said that we can distinguish the sound, but unfortunately we don't have any say in the roboticism of the sound. Don't even bother with customer service. You can find better ones. I think move on to the next one 👌🏻

"A Lesson in Disappointment"

What do you like about Play.ht?
The concept of providing seamless and realistic text-to-speech functionality was appealing.
What did you dislike about Play.ht?
I was disappointed by their weak customer service and underwhelming voice tech. My card was also unduly charged even after my request for cancellation. In addition, an absence of acknowledgement or effective resolution for the issues I faced was also very disappointing.

Unfortunately, there were no standout features that satisfied my needs and expectations.
What did you dislike about Play.ht?
Promised features such as better and more realistic voices were not delivered. Also, the customer support was not effective and did not respond in a timely or helpful manner. There was also an unresolved issue with the payment process.
