These Terms govern AITopTools.com and paid services sold by MK INTERNET INVESTMENTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as AITopTools (“AITopTools,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and any service description shown to you before payment.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or the business you represent. You are responsible for accurate account, billing, tool, and website information.
Listings and promotional services
AITopTools sells digital directory listings and promotional placements. The exact service, price, billing frequency, placement, and term shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Unless we expressly promise a guaranteed result in writing, we do not guarantee traffic, clicks, leads, sales, search ranking, or third-party acceptance.
A “Featured” or homepage placement means that the purchased listing is eligible to appear in the designated paid placement while the service is active and the listing remains compliant. Page design, neighboring content, and organic rankings may change. Temporary maintenance, security incidents, legal requirements, payment failures, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt service.
$628 Monthly Top Homepage Featured Placement
$628 USD per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation must be requested by email within 5 calendar days after a renewal and is effective only when confirmed in writing by AITopTools.
The service is the Top Homepage Featured Placement for the customer’s approved listing during each paid monthly service period. Placement does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, or sales. Service periods, successful charges, placement status, and available performance records may be retained as fulfillment evidence.
A cancellation request must identify the customer and listing and be sent to michael@aitoptools.com. A request is not complete until AITopTools confirms it in writing. If no qualifying cancellation request is received, the next monthly charge will be processed as scheduled. Nothing in this paragraph limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Other recurring services
Any other subscription renews at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled. The customer authorizes each recurring charge. Cancellation controls and timing may differ by product and will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments, invoices, taxes, and disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize AITopTools and Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your purchase, including recurring charges disclosed before checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing information current.
If you believe a charge or service record is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Initiating a payment dispute does not itself establish that a charge was unauthorized or that the contracted service was not delivered.
Refunds and service credits
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy displayed on the site and incorporated into these Terms. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, that law controls.
Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AITopTools a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and promote that content as needed to provide the purchased service. You represent that you have all necessary rights and that your content and linked website are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights.
Acceptable use and suspension
You may not use AITopTools for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unsafe activity. We may reject, remove, or suspend content or service when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, nonpayment, material breach, or protection of users. When commercially reasonable, we will notify the customer and address prepaid unused service under the Refund Policy.
Electronic records
You consent to electronic contracting and communications. Checkout records may include the terms version, timestamp, account, session and payment identifiers, service description, amount, billing interval, and privacy-preserving technical signals. These records, together with invoices, communications, and fulfillment logs, may be used to administer the service and resolve billing questions.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or any particular commercial result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. AITopTools’ aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount the customer paid for that service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services.
Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version accepted for a purchase remains part of that purchase unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change. Material changes to an active recurring service will be communicated as required by law.
