This policy applies to paid services sold by MK INTERNET INVESTMENTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as AITopTools.
Homepage Featured Placement Subscription
$628 USD per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation must be requested by email within 5 calendar days after a renewal and is effective only when confirmed in writing by AITopTools.
Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement for a service period that has already begun.
To cancel, email michael@aitoptools.com with the customer name, listing, and cancellation request. The request is effective only after written confirmation from AITopTools.
Because homepage Featured placement is a digital advertising service delivered during the paid service period, completed and substantially delivered monthly service periods are non-refundable. A timely cancellation received within 5 calendar days after renewal will be reviewed against the placement and billing records. If AITopTools confirms that the renewed service period should not continue, AITopTools may end the placement and issue the legally required refund or an agreed service credit. No cancellation is implied by removing a payment method, disputing a charge, or stopping use of the dashboard.
Paid and published listings
Once a paid listing is approved and published, the sale is final except where AITopTools failed to provide the purchased service or applicable law requires a refund. If AITopTools rejects a paid submission before publication, the customer may request a refund within 3 calendar days after the rejection notice.
One-time sponsorship and placement packages
One-time digital sponsorship and placement packages are non-refundable after delivery begins. If AITopTools cannot deliver a material part of the purchased service, we may provide a reasonable replacement period, service credit, partial refund, or refund, depending on the undelivered portion and applicable law.
Payment disputes and duplicate charges
Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges. We will review account authorization, invoices, payment records, communications, and available service-delivery evidence. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method, generally within 5 business days. The card network or bank may require additional time to post the credit.
