Finding the right tool
How do I search for an AI tool?
Use the search bar at the top of any page. You can search by name, category, or use case. Results appear instantly as you type.
How do I filter by pricing model?
Visit the Free AI Tools page for tools with a free or freemium tier. On category pages you can browse by subcategory. A full filter sidebar is coming soon.
How do I find tools for a specific task?
Browse the 94 categories listed on the homepage. Each category page shows the top tools for that use case, ranked by popularity and reviews.
Are the reviews real?
Yes — ratings and written reviews are submitted by registered users who have used the tool. We do not accept paid or incentivised reviews.
Submitting & claiming a tool
How do I submit my AI tool?
Go to the Submit Your Tool page, fill in the details, and our team will review it — usually within a few days. Paid options are available for faster approval.
I submitted my tool on the old site. How do I claim it?
Visit the Claim Your Existing Tool page, search for your listing, and we'll send a confirmation link to the email you originally used. Clicking it links the listing to your account.
Can I update my tool's details after it's live?
Yes. Once you've claimed your listing, you can log in to your account to request edits. Major changes go through a quick review before going live.
How long does approval take?
Standard submissions are typically reviewed within 2–5 business days. Paid featured listings are reviewed within 24 hours.
Your account
I had an account on the old WordPress site. Can I log in?
Yes — your account was migrated. Log in with your old email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the Reset Password page to set a new one.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Reset Password page, enter your email, and we'll send you a link to set a new password. The link is valid for 1 hour.
How do I delete my account?
Email contact@aitoptools.com from your registered address and we'll remove your account within 5 business days.
Data & listings
How are tools ranked?
Rankings combine user review scores, review count, and a popularity signal derived from traffic and engagement. Paid placements are labelled and placed separately from organic rankings.
A tool's details are wrong. How do I report it?
If you're the tool owner, claim your listing and request an edit. If you're a user, email contact@aitoptools.com and we'll investigate.
How often is the directory updated?
New submissions are reviewed daily. Tool data (descriptions, pricing, URLs) is refreshed regularly, and tool owners can keep their listings current at any time.
