What did you dislike about LetsAsk.AI?
In the beginning, this Chatbot seemed easy and cheap, but it keeps crashing every time, and the customer service guy doesn't seem to care. Customer assistance responses are days late and as vague as "Just read the manual" which lacks specifics on how to remove their logo from our chatbot. Professional plan promises that their logo can be removed, but it never does, no matter what you do and there is no solution in the manual, and a decent answer is days away from fading away with your money. Don't forget that you have been warned that trying this on your own will be a waste of time and money.
