"Not sure if such an ai tool is needed :/"

What do you like about Keap?
I really liked the concept of the ai tool and wanted to try it out right away. I had to look for a rental property for a long time and this ai tool helped me partly.
What did you dislike about Keap?
I can't say it's good at filtering and the customer service is not good at all. I'm not the kind of person who connects to customer service for every little problem I have, but they still managed to leave me unsatisfied

The diverse features of Keap, particularly the advanced automation, excel in convenience and ease-of-use. It holds much potential and is incredibly rewarding for businesses seeking simplicity and user-friendliness.
What did you dislike about Keap?
The customer support is largely unresponsive and the cancellation process is unnecessarily convoluted, providing for a frustrating customer experience. There is a lack of multiple emails as a sender and WhatsApp integration, as well as a lack of proper adherence to GDPR standards.

The user-friendly advanced automation tools and the variety of integrations are the best parts of using Keap. They bring helpful subtleties to the table which can make managing a business much easier, provided that you can master them.
What did you dislike about Keap?
The steep learning curve and the time-consuming nature of getting used to the CRM are major deterrents. Their frequent updates can mean constant revisions and process changes. Creating custom automations can add to the difficulty of transition. The experiences with customer support has been mixed, which can be troubling when immediate assistance is needed.

The user-friendly dashboard and the advanced automation options are standout features of Keap. Their tech support is also impressive, being available round the clock and armed with solutions.
What did you dislike about Keap?
The platform is lacking in terms of integration with some essential applications, including popular tools such as LinkedIn. There's also a limitation to add only a single sender email address, which is disheartening. The CRM system feels a bit outdated and the expensive price point coupled with regularly changing processes and absence of essential features might cause some users to deem it unworthy of the cost. The company's rigorous cancellation policy has been a pain point for several members.
