What do you like about Freshcaller?
I like the fact that Freshcaller facilitates communication with customers effectively. It significantly aids in customer satisfaction which is crucial in a business.
What did you dislike about Freshcaller?
I am not fond of the current situation of the bulk setup feature for new monitors. Freshcaller lacks this crucial functionality and needs an improvement in the tickets section as well.

The ticketing section needs some improvements as occasional errors can pop up, which can lead to frustration. Also there is a lack of a feature for bulk-setting up new monitors.

Occasionally, I stumble upon few glitches in the ticket section which halts work-flow and demands attention from the technical team. Moreover, the feature of bulk-setting new monitors is unfortunately missing.
