Flikt.AI is AI-powered plan review and conflict-detection software for construction teams. It analyzes complete 2D PDF plan sets — no BIM model required — and cross-references every sheet across nine disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, civil, landscape, interior design) to flag coordination conflicts, dimensional and compliance issues, and document QA gaps before they become RFIs and change orders. Reports are severity-ranked, written in RFI-ready language, and delivered same-day.

It is a different approach to an overlapping job: where BIM clash-detection tools like Navisworks, Solibri, and Revizto require a federated 3D model, Flikt.AI works directly on the 2D PDF documents the field actually builds from — the large share of light-commercial and residential work that has no model to clash. Founded by Greg Baumann, a Miami-based real estate developer and licensed general contractor.
