What do you like about ViralQR?

The analytics dashboard is one of the standout features of ViralQR that plays a big role in evaluating marketing efforts. It gives real-time information on when and where QR codes are being scanned, which is incredibly valuable for understanding how different locations and timeframes affect engagement. It can be used to adjust where codes are placed and the time certain promotions are run.

What did you dislike about ViralQR?

So far, I haven’t found much to complain about when using ViralQR, but if I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the ability to receive automated weekly summary emails with our analytics. Usually, we need to log into the dashboard each time we want to review scan data, which works fine but can be a bit inconvenient sometimes.

What do you like about ViralQR?

I often run limited-time discounts and promotional offers, but I noticed that customers were either missing the details or not paying attention to the signage, especially in busy retail enviroments. Since using ViralQR, I have seen a real shift in how customers interact with our promotions. By placing a dynamic QR code directly on flyers, countersm and packagind, people can simply scan to views all the promo details instantly on their phones, which has noticeably increased engagement and conversions.

What did you dislike about ViralQR?

I didn't run into many problems while using ViralQR, which is always a good sign. The platform is generally reliable and easy to navigate, although I think there is still some room to improve the interface in terms of layout and defign.
