The quality of the image converter provided by Vectormagic is arguably one of the best. Plus, their customer service is top-notch; they are responsive, professional and provide timely solutions to issues.
What did you dislike about Vectormagic?
Vectormagic's lack of transparency in their fee structure is disappointing. The site implies that their online tools are free until you reach the point of download, making their pricing appear deceptive.

“Missleading but Quality isn't Compromised”
What do you like about Vectormagic?
The best thing about Vectormagic is its ability to vectorize images while maintaining their integrity. Furthermore, the customer service is commendable; they are prompt, polite and incredibly helpful.
What did you dislike about Vectormagic?
I dislike the fact that the service fee was not declared upfront. It caught me off guard and was upsetting.

What did you dislike about Vectormagic?
