What do you like about Time Doctor?

I find the performance tracking and reporting capabilities of Time Doctor outstanding. They give a clear picture of worker productivity and offer many useful insights that help to monitor my remote team and ensure everyone is utilizing their work hours efficiently.

What did you dislike about Time Doctor?

The billing system of Time Doctor has been very difficult to work with. We have been charged extra a few times and the process of getting refunds was quite exhausting. The cancellation process is not user-friendly either and needs improvement.

What do you like about Time Doctor?

The best thing about Time Doctor is the transparency it brings to our workflow. It enables me to monitor the tasks my team is doing at any given moment and provides me with detailed reports. The easy to use interface is also a big plus, as well as their prompt customer support service.

While I am personally satisfied, it's important to note that some staff may feel uncomfortable with the monitoring feature; so it's essential to communicate clearly about its purpose and benefits.

The continual screenshots and key logs of the software feel invasive and it oversteps the boundary into micro-management and privacy infringement. Also, adding a client or additional user to monitor work incurs additional costs, which was not explicitly clear.

TimeDoctor's ability to track the work of our teams with utmost precision even when they are spread across different locations. The software's commendable transparency levels such as taking screenshots, tracking apps, and keystrokes ensures an overall clarity of an employee's work

What did you dislike about Time Doctor?

The onboarding process is slightly difficult. The software has issues dealing with old users and backups. Technical support needs to be improved. There has also been a slight slowdown in PC performance while running the software. In the past, there was an issue with overcharging, however, it was swiftly handled and reimbursed by the company.
