What do you like about TheLibrarian?

Wow, this new feature to post directly to LinkedIn from WhatsApp is amazing! Now all my posts are done while biking or walking to work by using the voice commands. :)

Sometimes it's a bit slow...

What do you like about TheLibrarian?

The Librarian offers the application of AI where it really adds value. It allows busy people to outsource many of the more daily, tedious tasks to AI (The Librarian) so that they can focus on what matters. - The Morning Brief is a super helpful summary to start the day. Generally, I don't like to look at messages before my first coffee - but this is an exception. No need to jump into a crowded calendar or inbox - The Morning Brief is just the top-level view of what matters today. - The email composition saves me a lot of time, especially on routine and quick emails. I often tend to over-think messaging, so it removes some of initial anxiety of drafting or replying emails quickly and correctly. - Google Calendar integration is great, especially when you don't know when the best time or date for an activity or meeting. It offers options based on your schedule (and weather for outdoor activities) so you don't have to scour your calendar for the right time.

What did you dislike about TheLibrarian?

The current integrations are quite good and for most people they will be more than sufficient - but I'd like to see more options for other email and calendar providers like iCloud, Outlook, or generic providers, or for task list providers like Todoist, TickTick, or others.

What do you like about TheLibrarian?

The Librarian is easy to use and it is integrated with WhatsApp and Gmail, making it easy to get the AI to schedule appointments or reminder via WhatsApp.

I like a lot of things about this AI assistant but the one that I love the most is the Morning Briefs that help me not miss anything about my day.

The fact that it's still not integrated with Outlook which is what I use for my work...

Pretty intuitive and straightforward; I find it extremely powerful in actively streamlining my workflow—whether it's tracking project progress, managing tasks, or finding quick insights.

The fact that I cannot connect multiple Google Accounts like my personal and work emails.

I love that it can be accessed anytime, and the variability of the usability astounds me. I also love that I can just use conversational talk.

Sometimes it misinterprets my instructions, so I need to be more precise.

I've been using this tool since its launch, and its features never fail to brighten my day. It's clear that the team is continuously working to enhance it and add more value with each passing day. Being able to use WhatsApp through voice commands, scan a personal card with the camera, and organize my calendar hands-free is simply phenomenal.

TheLibrarian has completely transformed my productivity workflow. The Morning Briefs provide a perfect start to my day with a comprehensive overview of meetings and priorities. I love how seamlessly it integrates with Google services - simply sharing photos, voice notes, or files instantly updates my Calendar and finds documents in Drive. The more I use it, the smarter it becomes, remembering my preferences like default Zoom rooms, email sign-offs, and meeting durations. Everything feels personalized, and the WhatsApp interface makes it incredibly accessible. It's essentially turned my phone into a pocket office, freeing me from administrative tasks so I can focus on meaningful work. Thanks!

Would be great to be able to link several email accounts to the same librarian but I understand that would be quite complex and maybe confusing!

We're working on these and plan to launch it soon.

What do you like about TheLibrarian?

I have been using the Librarian for more than a month to schedule meetings, set reminders all via WhatsApp, the integration is very seamless with Google suites and honestly I never use my calendar anymore since now I have the Librarian.

What did you dislike about TheLibrarian?

Perhaps the inability to connect this with my office email provider, but Tiago mention this is coming in the future.

What do you like about TheLibrarian?

Using the WhatsApp interface as an assistant makes the experience intuitive and frictionless. I love the daily morning briefs I receive every day.

What did you dislike about TheLibrarian?

At this point, it is not possible to integrate a non-Google email or calendar.
