What do you like about Speak Ai?

I love that Speak Ai can change my lengthy audio into a text version, providing valuable insights in the process. The fact that it can capture spontaneous brainstorming sessions and help make sense of them really appeals to me. It has really helped me with being introspective and has improved my decision-making process.

What did you dislike about Speak Ai?

I've had some trouble with the search function as it often takes me to the incorrect segment in the transcript. This impacts my workflow rather negatively. I also found that the language settings were not as intuitive as they could be. For example, German language interviews were mistakenly set to English, which caused inaccuracies in the transcriptions.

The best part about Speak Ai is its ability to translate vast amounts of audio very effectively. The insights it can provide from hours of brainstorming is impressive and has helped improve my decision making and comprehension of my own thinking process.

The main issues I found with Speak Ai were its inconsistency in practicality and reliability of its search feature across multiple browsers. Also, the customer service experience was challenging and could have been smoother, especially the process where I had to specify the language for translation.

The composition process wasn't perfect and at times, the search functionality was faulty. It was difficult to navigate to the exact instance from the summary and was experienced across different browsers. Also, there were a few glitches that gave some headaches.

The best part about using Speak Ai is its speech-to-text feature. It saves a lot of time and is perfect for someone who is always in a rush. When it's working correctly, the system is indeed remarkable.

The service seemed to lack a necessary feature of language selection during the upload process. My documents in French were inaccurately translated due to the system's default setting being English. Another point of frustration was their customer service, which felt automated and impersonal.
