“Incredibly Convenient but Needs Refinement”
What do you like about Smartwriter?
I appreciate the convenience that Smartwriter provides, specifically in automating the outreach process. It's saved me substantial time in generating follow-ups, and I find the responses it generates quite usable.
What did you dislike about Smartwriter?
The user interface is somewhat clunky and difficult to navigate, causing problems particularly when uploading CSV files. This results in a high consumption of my allotted credits even for a single lead. The customer service is also lacking, with no instant assistance, leaving me hanging on many occasions.

“A Rollercoaster of Features and Flaws”
What do you like about Smartwriter?
I really admire the vision behind the creation of Smartwriter and when it works correctly, it saves me a significant amount of time through automation.
What did you dislike about Smartwriter?
My dislike mainly centers around the regular system hiccups and the poor experience trying to upload a single lead that drained a lot of my available credits. The 'personalisation' in communication doesn't really feel personalized and tends to feel generic. The customer service experience also lacked, as my queries often went unanswered.

What do you like about Smartwriter?
The best part about Smartwriter is its potential in the professional networking and outreach arena. Its automation aspect is commendable as it significantly reduces the time spent on generating follow-up emails and expanding a network.
What did you dislike about Smartwriter?
The customer service aspect of Smartwriter is not up to par. There were issues with uploading a CSV file and a significant number of credits were used for just one lead. The process overall was found to be rather unintuitive and frustrating with insufficient assistance offered despite efforts to reach out.
