"Unsatisfactory Experience All Around"

What do you like about Scribie?
There isn't anything I particularly liked best about Scribie.
What did you dislike about Scribie?
I dislike the overall user experience. The website is difficult to navigate, the text editor is subpar, and the transcription service lacks accuracy. The guidelines provided are unclear and appears not followed, even for entry tests. They have a linking system that requires you to connect your bank or debit card through their website, which is a red flag. The compensation for the amount of work given is also less than what I could acquire from direct clients.

"A Controversial Service with Potential"

What do you like about Scribie?
The quality of few of the transcripts were decent and seemed to be well-received.
What did you dislike about Scribie?
The service does not offer seamless workflow and ease of use. The entry tests are mismanaged, and the standards are not up to mark as evident from the inconsistencies in transcript quality. The payment process is a concern as the pay feels insufficient for the time invested, plus I was not comfortable with linking of my PayPal to my bank account.

The only good aspect is the referral program
What did you dislike about Scribie?
The application process was lengthy, the pay rate was disappointingly low, and some of the audio provided was challenging due to various accents

"Bittersweet Experience"

What do you like about Scribie?
The positive side of my experience was the payouts for the transcriptions I completed.
What did you dislike about Scribie?
I found it cumbersome with the lengthy registration process and the delay in review of my transcriptions. Some remained pending for days. The system was also based on a first-come-first-serve basis and unless you were quick, there wasn't much work to go around. The pay rate wasn't as high as I expected for the amount of work either.

"Great for Speed but Lacking in Execution"

What do you like about Scribie?
The speed at which Scribie processes files is commendable. The ability to quickly transcribe audio files is something I appreciated during my use of the service.
What did you dislike about Scribie?
The quality of transcriptions needs significant improvement. I observed misinterpretations, incorrect transcriptions and even instances of text additions and changes that were not in the original audio. Also, evident are the shortcomings in professionalism and ethical practices that seem to characterize the platform.
