The service can sometimes be a little finicky, with minor issues such as unclear credit systems and occasional loss of saved outputs.

One thing I dislike about Outboundly is the lack of clarity around the credit system. It's not always clear when and why credits are subtracted. I believe this is an area that could do with some improvement.
