What do you like about LingQ?

The principle idea behind the service seemed promising

What did you dislike about LingQ?

The user-friendliness of the website was non-existent, making it hard to find any lessons and understand the layout. In addition, dealing with the non-intuitive interface to add words was frustrating. Also, the customer service was a letdown, with unattended emails and unclear unsubscription pathway leading to unwanted charges

What did you dislike about LingQ?

The user found the interface to be troublesome and counterintuitive, more like an obstacle course than a language learning platform. It was difficult to navigate and find lessons, leading to frustration and wasted time. Customer service was essentially nonexistent and provided no assistance. Lastly, the user felt the pricing did not accurately reflect the service's value, deeming it not worth the high cost given its current shortcomings.
