What do you like about Freshchat?

What I like best about Freshchat is its ability to provide an excellent platform for communicating directly with valued customers, which has significantly boosted their satisfaction. Also, the dynamic toolkit that Freshchat brings is quite impressive.

What did you dislike about Freshchat?

The aspect of Freshchat that could use improvement is the tickets section. There have been instances where I encountered errors, which disrupted a smooth user experience.

What do you like about Freshchat?

Freshchat provides an excellent platform for establishing seamless communication with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. It comes with a handy suite of products that cater to varied needs.

What did you dislike about Freshchat?

I experienced occasional errors and glitches in the ticket section that could hamper the user experience. And there's no provision to set up new monitors in bulk, which could be a necessary feature for certain users or businesses.

The seamless engagement with customers, and the capability to streamline our interaction protocols, improving customer satisfaction are what I like best about Freshchat.

What did you dislike about Freshchat?

The ticketing department sometimes encounters errors which cause slight disruption. There's also an absence of a feature for mass monitor setup.

Freshchat offers a brilliant platform for communicating with my audience on a personal level. The service is smooth and effective for communication with my customers.

What did you dislike about Freshchat?

The ticketing section of Freshchat needs improvements and I've encountered occasional errors that disrupt the user experience. Also, I wish for an option to setup new monitors in mass, as it would enhance user convenience.
