What do you like about Format?

The user-friendly interface and impeccable live customer support attracted me to Format, along with the customizability of their websites which makes it quite beginner-friendly.

What did you dislike about Format?

I'm dissatisfied with the platform's pricing strategy. It's quite steep and there isn't a wide selection of plans. Moreover, the cost difference between monthly and yearly subscriptions is extreme. Format's timing in notifying the users about the price hike was insufficient. Also, the process for account deletion is complex which needs addressing.

What do you like about Format?

I appreciate the customer support provided by Format, which is instant and efficient. The user interface is also straightforward and very friendly for beginners. I also liked the option for website customization and domain management, which was direct and uncomplicated.

What did you dislike about Format?

My main concerns with Format are the high prices for even very basic features. The difference in cost between the monthly and yearly subscription plans is quite significant. I was also displeased to receive only a month's notice of a planned price increase, which did not allow me sufficient time to reconsider my options. I've also found it difficult to delete my account or my data, which to me raises serious GDPR concerns.
