I like the customizable stock filters that the Finviz service provides. It has made the selection of stocks seamless for my trading activities.

I have found Finviz's approach to subscription renewal to be inconvenient and non-transparent. Also, their customer service has not been supportive in resolving my issues, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.

The exceptional wealth of information, user-friendly interface, reliable data sources, effective stock screening features, and regularly updated news are the aspects I appreciate about Finviz.

My main concern has been with customer service, particularly their professionalism and empathy. Issues with cancellations, refunds, and lack of timely communication have negatively impacted my experience.

I like the feature of stock filtering according to parameters set by the user. I have had a generally positive experience with the site's functionality, allowing for a comprehensive scan of American stocks across different sectors and exchanges.

What did you dislike about Finviz?

I am genuinely disappointed with the company's attitude towards subscription management. Their trial period is followed by an automatic renewal without any advance notice, which I find particularly frustrating. All attempts to get a refund on the renewed subscription have been futile and the customer service has been far from satisfactory. The lack of communication and proper response on their part has tarnished an otherwise pleasant experience on the site.

They appreciate the quality of information and data provided, saying it's top-tier and a great resource for staying up-to-date on stock market trends. The user interface is also easy to navigate and pretty comprehensive which positively contributes to the overall user experience.

The reviewer's biggest issue with Finviz is with their customer service. They experienced hiccups with the subscription service which, when paired with an unpleasant process of resolution, overshadowed the otherwise substantive benefits of the platform.

The attractive features of the Finviz platform such as filters and options for the selection of stocks. The data quality is reliable and the news section is enlightening and timely.

What did you dislike about Finviz?

The cancellation and auto-renewal of the subscription. The platform auto-renewed without any prior notification and my request for a cancellation and refund was denied. There should be more transparency and flexibility regarding subscription renewals.
