What do you like about DesignerBot?

I really love the innovative approach that DesignerBot has on smart and efficient presentation design. The AI capability of balancing the right quantity of text with visuals has made design work hassle-free for me. This has freed up a considerable amount of my time, allowing me to focus on the content of my presentation.

What did you dislike about DesignerBot?

I have experienced the service and customer support of DesignerBot to be subpar, mainly. The cancellation process is excessively complex and not very transparent. I have also faced problems with wrongful charges even after canceling my account, an issue shared by many other users. Furthermore, their support needs to improve significantly in terms of assisting customers with refunds and resolving issues promptly.

The created presentations were visually impactful and the minimalistic approach was refreshing.

What did you dislike about DesignerBot?

I found the tool a bit clunky and less intuitive than I expected. Its user interface requires a bit of a learning curve, and I could not find the option to cancel my subscription easily.

The combination of AI and design elements in DesignerBot allows me to generate my presentations more efficiently. I can focus more on the important details of my message, less on the balance between visuals and text. Also, the metrics on who viewed when is really useful.

What did you dislike about DesignerBot?

The issue with the cancellation option and automatic charging by the system is concerning. The company could improve their billing system and customer service to avoid disputes.
