I’ve been using DeepSwap, captivated by the developing deepfake technology and like many was excited to get into the action. When it works, the outcomes have been quite remarkable, but I’d like to inform potential users about the drawbacks too. The auto-billing system has been a point of stress for myself and many others, as there’s no straightforward method to discontinue the service. Customer support has been not up to par, marking their communication area as something majorly lacking. I’d highly recommend the company to reconsider these structural woes. Recommend it? Yes, for the tech. But tread very carefully when it comes to their billing process.

Unfortunately, my experience with DeepSwap didn’t live up to my expectations. The automatic rebilling is quite frustrating, especially since there’s no straightforward way to cancel the subscription. Their lack of responsiveness to my inquiries on various platforms, including email and discord, adds to the disappointing customer service experience. Although I noticed a few users were satisfied with the service, I found the results from their platform to be largely subpar. Many of my attempts were unsuccessful and didn’t yield the quality of results I was hoping for. DeepSwap certainly has potential if they can manage to improve these aspects, but in the current state, proceed with caution.

Signed up for DeepSwap with anticipation and excitement, only to be met with disappointment and frustration. The cancellation process? Non-existent. No options on the website, no customer service response, and not even visible on PayPal. It’s surreal, really. It feels like a trap where they keep auto-billing you with no transparency nor explanation. Additionally, the deepfake swapping capability is subpar at best. Out of all my attempts, I only got one decent result. As for the credit system, it severely limits the user’s capabilities, encouraging you to dig yourself deeper into the pitfalls of this service. Overall, if you want to experiment with deepfake technology, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

The product, while initially appealing, turned out to be a disappointment with many attempts ending with underwhelming satisfactory results. Remarkable idea but poorly executed and even poorer customer service. This might hold a place in the metaverse someday but until then, it needs progressive updates and revisions with a significant focus on better customer relations and service policies.
