What do you like about Browse AI?
The easy-to-use interface of Browse AI is commendable. It has a minimal learning curve that makes it stand out compared to other tools. Its effort to democratize automation is unique and appealing. The client support team has been very helpful.
What did you dislike about Browse AI?
Browse AI's compatibility with certain lesser-known browsers is flawed, causing issues. Also, it doesn't fully live up to its 'AI' claims, functioning mostly like a regular GUI based scraper. The response times of the support team could be improved. It also lacks certain features, limiting its functionality.

What do you like about Browse AI?
I like the fact that Browse AI has a unique, GUI-based interface which is simple to use and it is capable of automating several of my daily repetitive tasks. This has been a game-changer for me in the past year of using the service.
What did you dislike about Browse AI?
The responsiveness of the support service is an area that I dislike. It is quite slow and can take quite a long time to hear back from them.

What did you dislike about Browse AI?
While the AI functionalities of Browse AI are good, they can be misleading as they sometimes give the impression of being more AI-oriented than they actually are. Also, there were instances where the workflow was interrupted due to missed steps and the promised 'AI experience' seemed lacking. The process could be streamlined better and the AI's capabilities improved. Lastly, the customer support could be quicker.
