The response times of the support team could be improved. It also lacks certain features, limiting its functionality.

I like the fact that Browse AI has a unique, GUI-based interface which is simple to use and it is capable of automating several of my daily repetitive tasks. This has been a game-changer for me in the past year of using the service.
