What do you like about ApplyPass?

After 3 months with ApplyPass Premium, I received two offers and accepted one with 100% remote work and great benefits. Before ApplyPass, I spent 4 months job searching without interviews. David helped rewrite my resume with excellent advice, which inspired me to subscribe. ApplyPass submitted 4,446 applications for me, but it only took 140 to get my first interview. Over the 3 months, I went through at least 20 recruiter screens, multiple rounds of technical/behavioral interviews with 6 companies, and landed 2 offers. The interviews included live coding, system design, and an on-site. Alongside ApplyPass’s work, I kept my GitHub updated, practiced mock interviews, and studied extensively.

What did you dislike about ApplyPass?

The tool sometimes applied to jobs I wasn’t qualified for, like an on-site position in Germany, which I had to explain to a recruiter. And it sometimes invented answers to initial questions in job forms. However, I was an early user, and their software improved over time—these errors decreased toward the end of my 3 months. More importantly, ApplyPass sent enough correct applications to land me interviews and a job. It also saved me the mental energy of getting excited about a role, applying, and then getting rejection. Instead, I focused on filtering incoming emails for those that invited me for interviews and preparing for the interviews, which paid off.

What do you like about ApplyPass?

What did you dislike about ApplyPass?

Often, the generated cover letters need additional tweaks to fully capture my professional profile.
